Ross at The Learning & Development Company approached me during the early stages of setting up his business in need of a new website and some guidance with how best to communicate with his target audience. He had already had a great logo designed but had no visual identity or brand and needed help with defining a tone of voice for his business.
Through a number of workshops with Ross I was able to immerse myself in his business and really understand what makes The Learning & Development Company tick. I was then able to make content suggestions, help source appropriate images and guide Ross when creating his messaging.
The finished website serves as a shop front for the work that Ross does and effectively communicates his forward thinking approach to learning & development. Built with the WordPress content management system the site is quick and can be easily updated and grow over time. The assets created for the site will go forward as the basis for the whole companies identity.
